I'm trying to make a buyable item that when opened, gives the sim a predetermined item (or 2). I'm still relatively new to tuning but my hangup is with how to predetermine what item will be given.
I started by looking at the starter seed packets in the game but they give randomized items as do other collectibles gathering items. I'm going to have to cobble some tuning together to get the result I want but in my attempts to find an item that gives a specified item, I only found loot_ObjectReward_Drink tuning which contains this:
but when I looked into the object_drink_SunsetValley tuning and also looked into the debug item in s4s (if you search "sunset" and select game only content it should be the first one without an image) I can't find anything that looks like it would correlate?
Is there somewhere I could look that would tell me <T n="definition">8696<!--drink_sunsetValley (Sunset Valley)--></T> codes but for other items in the game? Am I missing something else???

I don't know about that drink, but I recommend checking SrslySims cooking overhaul mod, as well as Icemunmun's chicken coop. Both have created items that allow you to click, then open and receive specific items. SrslySims has a water pack that once you open it, gives you 6 water bottles, etc.
If you are having problems seeing the CAPTCHA, please clear your browser's cache and cookies and ensure that you do not have any browser addons or extensions that interfere with the display of the CAPTCHA. Then, close the CAPTCHA window and click on the register button to open the CAPTCHA again.
